MotionLab Return & Exchange Policy

At MotionLab we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If the shoes you received are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them according to the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include the original shoe box

  • Be in the same condition as received

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If the size or fit is not correct, we will gladly exchange the item for another size or model (subject to availability).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in our physical store may be exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt.
