Built From Your Feet, Not a Guess
Every pair starts with a 3D scan, not a shelf of standard sizes. That data shapes the arch support, cushioning, and structure — so the fit is yours alone, down to the millimeter.
No two pairs are exactly alike.
Every insole is shaped by real foot data.
Comfort engineered around how you actually walk
Wear them anywhere your day takes you.

One Pair for Every Shoe in Your Closet
Lightweight and durable enough for athletic shoes, casual sneakers, or work boots. Built to reduce fatigue and keep you comfortable, whether you're on your feet all day or just heading out the door.
FAQs
Don't wait — give your feet the health, longevity, and comfort they deserve.
How do I know what size insole I need?
You don't need to guess. Your insoles are built directly from your in-studio 3D scan, pressure test, and gait assessment — so there's no size chart to work out. They're made to match your feet exactly.
I have flat feet, high arches, or plantar fasciitis. Will these help?
Yes. Your scan identifies your arch type along with any pressure or gait issues, including common concerns like plantar fasciitis, overpronation, and flat or high arches. We use that data to recommend insoles built around your actual foot — not a general category.
Can I use my insoles in different types of shoes?
Yes. Your insoles are made to work across the shoes you wear day to day — athletic sneakers, casual shoes, and work boots.
Do I need an appointment for the studio visit?
Yes, please make sure to book through our link.
The scan, pressure test, and gait assessment together take about 10 minutes at our studio in the center of Tel Aviv.
How do I care for my insoles, and how long do they last?
- We recommend spot-cleaning Aetrex Orthotics with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally.
- Do not machine wash or dry.
What people
are saying
Judith D.My doctor recommended these. Helped me a lot with my posterior tibial tendon dysfunction pain. I have bought a few pairs. They don't fix the problem but they do ease the pain quite a bit.
David S.So I have been experiencing hip pain the last year. I am pretty athletic and workout regularly. I am the type to work thru the pain and even if it hurts you dont stop. My friend from high school is an orthopedic surgeon. He said my left foot the arch collapsed and recommended aetrex arch support. There is a big difference in support. There's major pronation on my left foot throwing my whole body off. These have been a big help and I recommend them to others.
Amanda B.Very comfortable inserts. I do wish they came in extra wide, sometimes it feels like my toes are hitting the edge of the orthotic in my sneakers. But overall great, will probably purchase another set.
Gloria R.I have very flat feet and have tried various supports on Amazon. This has been expensive and they have not been comfortable. My foot surgeon recommended Aetrex L420 for women for my flat feet. I just ordered another pair, as they are SUPER comfortable and properly support my feet. I wear a size 7 foot but the size 8 fits perfectly. I have been throwing my money away on Amazon, trying this and that arch support
Mai B.This specific insert was recommended by my foot and ankle surgeon to treat my very painful posterior tibial tendonitis. Worked like a charm. This model has been the workhorse of my Aetrex collection. All my shoes now either are by Aetrex or have Aetrex inserts and these remain my favorites because of the level of support combined with not being too thick. Easy to insert into shoes that have removable insoles, very comfortable.
Devin W.I’ll admit I was skeptical. They seem like pretty thin insoles to offer the relief promised. I put them in a pair of my flats that have no insoles/arch support and felt no pain. I then switched to the same pair of flats with a different set of insoles and started feeling pain within 24 hours. I switched back to these and the pain went away. I’m so excited to be able to wear my favorite flats again!
